The friendly staff made check-in easy, and the cleanup of the room met my expectations, although the mattresses could use an upgrade for better comfort.

It was a good location for the area. The older lady at the desk was very nice.

The Wi-Fi was so slow that I couldn't do half my work. Also, When we would come back to the room in the evening our parking place would be taken. The one right in front of our room should have stayed open.

We appreciated nice and cool rooms and outstanding food.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a pleasant stroll away from Little Red Schoolhouse. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. Booked a room with a mini fridge and microwave. There were a microwave and a refrigerator upon arrival;)))

The room was disgusting with bad odors. The fridge didn't work, and the TV was broken. Even after changing rooms, the second one was just as filthy, and I was denied a third move.

ROOM WAS EXCELENT FOR THE PRICE AND WAS CLEAN. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL AND POLITE WILL RECOMEND TO ANYBODY THANKS

Hard to keep breakfast supply going and stil be answering the phone. Staff worked very hard.

It was clean, quiet and the bathroom worked

Could use more accessible common area seating options.

Appreciated the way our great and cool room with a mini fridge and microwave was arranged. It had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV if needed...

An Experience to Forget, Unfortunately

My family stayed for 4 nights, and the conditions were unacceptable. Filthy floors, unclean bathrooms, and items left from previous guests made it hard to relax. For those traveling with service animals, be prepared for pushback.

The bed was soooo comfy, really perfect for a restful night after a long day. Plus, the staff was like a breath of fresh air, so warm and helpful throughout my stay!
